This project entails the building of a two story 7,000 sf addition for aerobic and weight training as well as the addition of 52 parking spaces built over an underground water retention system. The interior renovations include adding new family changing rooms, renovation and expansion of the existing woman’s locker rooms, laundry facility and child development areas. Entire facility will receive a new fire suppression system as well as modifications and improvements to the interior pool area.

Corrections to 2/12/10 Meeting: None
Safety: 52,258 man-hours without a lost time incident as of 3/17/10.
1. Jobsite safety meetings are held on Fridays at 12:30. This week’s meeting will be on eye protection.
2. There was an issue with the added structural steel placement that was taken care of. During the installation a temp lighting circuit was inadvertently nicked which caused an electrical concern which was handled quickly and safely.
Quality:
1. Current As-Built log entry is #100 as of 3/1710. As-Builts will be updated on a weekly basis.
2. The City has requested an engineering detail for the 6” duct that goes through the fire wall in the hallway. PDG is working on getting this taken care of.
3. No real issues with PH 4.
4. Long discussion took place concerning the existing sewer line problems and how best to confront them. Everyone walked through the facility after the meeting to get a game plan together.
5. RUSH provided CI 588 proposal concerning the PH 4 unforeseen conditions to date to the Y.
