501D Parking Garage, MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. – Project consisted of the construction of a 4 story pre-cast structural pre-tensioned concrete parking facility constructed on a foundation of precast / pre-stressed concrete piles. The facility will provide space for 588 vehicles plus 25 motorcycles. Access to all upper floors is by exterior located stairwells and one hydraulic elevator. Project also included installation of interior and exterior electrical power and lighting, standpipe fire protection system, a strand guardrail system, parking lot access control system and signage.
